1. Services

Codynex Technology provides website development, web and mobile app development, SaaS development, WordPress development and digital marketing services. All services are subject to a separate project proposal or agreement accepted before work begins.

2. Payment terms

Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on or before delivery. Specific payment milestones are set out in each proposal. Late payments may pause work.

3. Intellectual property

Once full payment is received, the client owns the custom code and design produced for their project. We may show the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Revisions

Each proposal states the number of revision rounds included. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at our standard hourly rate.

5. Liability

Codynex Technology's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project details as confidential and share them only as needed to deliver the service (for example, with hosting providers or payment processors).

7. Termination

Either party may end a project with written notice. The client is invoiced for work completed up to that date. Deposits are non-refundable unless Codynex is unable to begin the project.

8. Taxes

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees. GST, where applicable, is charged in addition and shown separately on invoices.

9. Unauthorised job offers

Codynex does not recruit through third parties or unofficial listings, and never charges candidates any fee. Any job offer, interview request or payment demand made in our name that doesn’t come from this website or our official contact details is not from us, and we accept no liability for it. 10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
