1. Services
Codynex Technology provides website development, web and mobile app development, SaaS development, WordPress development, and digital marketing services. All services are subject to a separate project agreement or proposal agreed upon before work begins.
2. Payment Terms
Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on or before project delivery. Specific payment milestones are outlined in each project proposal. Late payments may result in paused work.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the custom code and design produced for their project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Revisions
Each project proposal specifies the number of revision rounds included. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
5. Liability
Codynex Technology's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and project details as confidential and do not share them with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors).
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. The client will be invoiced for work completed to the termination date. Any deposit is non-refundable unless Codynex is unable to begin the project.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
