2. Information we collect

When you fill in a form on this website (such as the contact or free-redesign form), we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, website address, the service you’re interested in, an approximate budget and your message. If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive the details you share there. We may also collect basic, anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location.

3. How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver and support the services you ask for, and send project updates. We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don’t send marketing messages you haven’t asked for.

4. Where it’s stored

Enquiries are stored securely in our customer management system and email, with access limited to people working on your enquiry. We use reputable hosting, database and communication providers (such as our website host, database provider, email and WhatsApp Business), who process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

5. Cookies & analytics

This website uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising — for example, which pages are visited and whether an enquiry form was sent. These tools do not receive the contents of your enquiry. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account; some features may then not work as intended.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and any period required by law (for example, for invoices and tax records). You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those legal requirements.

7. Your rights

In line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@codynextech.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Security

This website uses HTTPS encryption, and we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

9. Job applications & recruitment scams

If you send us a CV or portfolio, we use it only to consider you for current or future roles. Codynex never charges candidates any fee and never asks for bank details or payment during hiring. See our fake job offer warning.
